Delivery and shipping policy  

Delivery Location 

 

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the Japan. We DO NOT accept orders from international customers. Any shipments outside of the JAPAN are not available at this time. The order will be deliver to address register with the company or the one defined at the moment of the purchase. 

Delivery Time 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed but the standard delivery time is from 1 to 6 days and is shipped by ground transportation. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the day and time of ordering. Delivery times are to be used as a guide, delivery location and the items ordered could make the delivery time longer. 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order the same day from the day you place your order, Products may also be delivered in separate shipments, which is rare, but possible. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. 

The Shipping Service is provided by third party carrier company.

Delivery Costs 

Our flat delivery fee is 1000 YEN  in addition to your order. The delivery cost will changed according to frozen item and location
